1. SPONSOR
   The Eighth on the 8th Sweepstakes is sponsored by Dogwood Green, LLC, located at 5 Central Ave. West Orange, NJ 07052.
2. ELIGIBILITY
   Open only to legal residents of the State of New Jersey who are twenty one years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Dogwood Green, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
   The Sweepstakes is conducted on a recurring monthly basis. Each monthly entry period begins on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59 PM local time on the seventh day of the same month. One winner will be selected on the eighth day of each month from all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.
4. HOW TO ENTER

1. Automatic Entry Methods

Participants may receive entries through the following methods during the Promotion Period:

Loyalty Participation: Customers may redeem loyalty points to receive entries as determined by the Sponsor.

Qualifying Purchases: Customers who meet designated purchase thresholds may receive promotional entries.

Referral Program: Customers who refer a new customer who completes a purchase and enrolls in the loyalty program may receive an entry.

1. Alternative Method of Entry

To enter without making a purchase, participants may complete a free entry form in store or submit their name, email address, and phone number through the designated online entry form. Limit one free entry per person per month.

All entry methods have an equal chance of winning. Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.

1. ENTRY CONDITIONS
   By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Dogwood Green. Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to make a purchase and may be withdrawn at any time. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
2. PRIZE
   One winner per month will receive a promotional credit or discount to be applied toward the purchase of one eighth of cannabis flower at Dogwood Green dispensary.

Approximate Retail Value of each monthly prize is estimated based on prevailing in store pricing and may vary. Total annual prize value will depend on the number of months the Sweepstakes is conducted.

Prize is non transferable and no substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

1. REDEMPTION CONDITIONS
   Prize must be redeemed in person at Dogwood Green dispensary by a verified customer who is at least twenty one years of age. Winner must present valid government issued identification and complete a retail transaction in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. All cannabis purchases are subject to state mandated purchase limits and verification requirements.
2. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS
   One winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on the eighth day of each month. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period. Participating brands or vendors have no influence over winner selection.
3. WINNER NOTIFICATION
   Winner will be notified via email or phone within five days of the drawing. Winner must respond and claim the prize within thirty days or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
4. PUBLICITY
   Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent for the Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and city or state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS
   Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Dogwood Green, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
7. GOVERNING LAW
   The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
8. WINNER LIST
   To request the name of the winner, send a request to Dogwood Green at the address listed above within sixty days following the applicable drawing date.
